People often ask me whether they need a sports massage or a relaxation massage. Both have their place, and the right choice depends on what you want to achieve.
Relaxation Massage
This is gentler and flowing, designed to calm the nervous system and help you unwind. It is wonderful for stress and general wellbeing.
Sports And Remedial Massage
This is more focused and specific. It targets areas of tension, supports recovery, and helps with mobility and muscular concerns. It is tailored to a particular issue rather than overall relaxation, though many people still find it deeply settling.
If you are unsure which suits you, just mention your goals when you book and I will guide you.
