Booking your first sports massage can feel a little unfamiliar if you have never had one before. I want every client to feel comfortable and informed, so here is exactly what happens from start to finish.
Before We Begin
Your appointment starts with a short, friendly consultation. We talk through your main concern, your daily activity, any past injuries, and what you would like to get out of the session. This helps me build a treatment plan that suits you specifically.
During The Treatment
You remain comfortable and covered throughout, with only the area being worked on exposed. I check in with you about pressure regularly, because effective treatment should never feel like something you simply have to endure. You are always in control.
Afterwards
It is normal to feel a little tender for a day or so, much like after exercise. I will give you simple aftercare guidance such as staying hydrated, gentle movement, and rest where needed.
