1. Treatment & Scope

VEJ Health provides sports and remedial massage therapy intended to support muscular tension, mobility, and recovery. Our treatments are not a diagnosis and do not replace medical care. If you have a medical concern, please consult your GP.

2. Booking & Consultation

Every appointment includes a short consultation. We may decline or adapt treatment where it is not appropriate or safe to proceed. You must provide accurate health information on your intake form.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
• We will always try to be flexible where genuine circumstances arise.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods are listed on our Payments page. Prices may change from time to time.

5. Home Visits

For home-visit appointments, a suitable, safe, and clean space is required. We reserve the right to decline treatment where the environment is unsuitable or unsafe.

6. Conduct

We provide a strictly professional, therapeutic service. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the appointment with the full fee payable.

7. Liability

Treatment is provided in good faith and to professional standards. You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information so we can deliver safe care.
